The hotel is popular with fairly clean rooms. the views from the hotel are excellent. - the location is amazing, very close to San Bernardo Train station. - the twin/double room is bright and fantastic. - It offers top-notch services. - the hot breakfast choices are nice.

a hotel of the old days, hot shower is slow, air conditioning is weak and not an updated hotel for today's travellers.

Disgusting service at the reception. Receptionists behave as if doing a favour to guests. Rooms in need of repair, broken handles on the windows, old furniture. The general condition of rooms are not absolutely equal to the level of 4 * hotel. Hit the TV, screwed to the furniture.

The location here is ideal, very close to a train station, and the single rooms are always clean and new.

Good size room, clean, and comfortable. Reasonably priced. Close to the central bus station for onwards travel. €22 taxi ride to the airport.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and have recently been renovated, including a patio.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and very central. I would not class in as 4 star though. It's a faded glory kind of place.

Only complaint would be the shower. The head would not sit in the right direction and I ended up holding it in my hand

Maybe this is a good hotel for business, but for visiting the city is not in the city center.

Close to the plaza espana. Close to an OpenCor shop.

1) This hotel is positioned next to a very big (and noisy) road, so watch out for lost sleep. 2) The wireless didn't work until after the 1st day. 3) The positioning in Sevilla is very far from the downtown, so for a city-trip it's a big no-no. There are much better hotels available inside the downtown. 4) No real restaurants around so your only option is to take the (expensive) meals inside this hotel. 5) This hotel is said to have cots available, but they do not! So if you are a young family, avoid this one. 6) At the entrance it is said to be rated 4 stars, but based on our experiences I wouldn't hand it any.
